01Available for matching
Active
An approved assessor who is currently open to routine matching and can ordinarily consider a genuinely matching opportunity with at least five business days of written notice. Active does not mean unemployed or constantly on call; it means the person has reported enough real availability for Optimize Enterprise to contact them as part of the normal matching process.
Unpaid database membership; assignment compensation is separate02Approved, not routinely available
Inactive
An approved assessor whose record remains eligible but who is not currently open to routine matching. This is the appropriate status when full-time work, leave, personal commitments, limited scheduling, a temporary conflict, or credential renewal makes regular assignment consideration unrealistic.
Unpaid database membership; no compensation merely for remaining listed03Paid readiness for scarce expertise
Paid Priority Reserve
An invitation-only, non-entry-level classification for proven, scarce, highly credentialed, or strategically important expertise that Optimize Enterprise has a specific business reason to keep available under defined terms. Unlike Active and Inactive, this status can include separate recurring readiness pay before an assignment begins.
Paid under an individually approved written reserve agreement
