1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use govern access to TheOptimizeMethod.com and its public assessor-application and career-application submission tools. By using the site or submitting information, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not submit information.
2. Site information is not a client engagement
Public descriptions of The Optimize Method are general information. Visiting this site does not create a consulting, employment, agency, fiduciary, legal, accounting, insurance, or other professional relationship. Client services require a separate written agreement with defined scope and terms.
Login, sign-up, shop, and cart links open the single shared customer experience at OptimizeEnterprise.com. They do not create a separate account on this site. Customer accounts, catalog items, carts, and submitted service or product requests are also governed by the posted Optimize Enterprise terms and privacy notice. Adding an item or submitting a request is not a charge, purchase, or engagement unless separate written pricing and terms are accepted.
3. Approved Assessor Database submissions
A submission is a request for consideration only. It does not create employment, wages, benefits, exclusivity, guaranteed hours, database approval, an assignment, or a promise of an offer. Optimize Enterprise may verify submitted information, request additional information, classify a profile, decline or pause consideration, or remove a profile from eligibility.
The application includes short, transparent professional-fit questions. Responses may receive private owner notes or recommendations. Those materials are one part of a broader professional review; they do not create an automatic decision or universal pass/fail promise.
Assignment-specific duties, workplace direction, compensation, payroll, insurance, safety requirements, confidentiality, and other terms are addressed separately if an opportunity is offered. Paid Priority Reserve is a selectively offered paid availability classification. It is not applicant-selected or automatic and exists only when company approval and a separate written agreement define the amount, frequency, term, availability commitment, administration, and termination rules.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your submission and for maintaining any license or certification you claim. Do not upload information you lack the right to provide.
Operational application email is required to administer a submission. Marketing email and future outreach interest are optional and may be withdrawn. Providing a phone number is optional, remains private, and does not authorize calls or texts. Any future SMS or postal-mail program requires a separate, then-current enrollment process before messages begin.
Applicants must also review the separate Assessor Participation & Confidentiality Terms, which explain database participation, communication, assignment readiness, confidentiality boundaries, training, payroll and insurance planning, and the separate 10% EOA performance-commission framework.
4. Career applications
A career application is maintained separately from the Approved Assessor Database. It is an introduction for possible current or future direct work with Optimize Enterprise—not an application to every role and not a guarantee that an opening exists or will be created.
Submission, receipt, review, retention, contact, interview, or future-consideration status does not create employment, an offer, wages, benefits, training, travel reimbursement, hours, exclusivity, or any other promise. Any position, compensation, schedule, duties, location, training, travel, and employment terms require a separate written offer or agreement accepted by the appropriate parties.
You are responsible for submitting accurate information and a resume or document you have the right to provide. Optimize Enterprise may verify relevant information, request clarification, decline or pause review, retain a record for future consideration, or remove a record when appropriate.
5. Intellectual property
The Optimize Method, its eight-stage structure, original descriptions, site presentation, branding, materials, and related content are owned by or licensed to Optimize Enterprise LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. The method is identified as patent pending. No permission is granted to reproduce, teach, sell, adapt, reverse engineer, or use the framework to provide competing services except under a separate written license.
6. Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the site, attempt to bypass owner-only controls, access another person’s records, introduce malicious code, scrape the database, impersonate another person, submit false credentials, or use the site in violation of law.
7. Availability and limitation
The site is provided on an “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, or correct site features and content. To the extent permitted by law, Optimize Enterprise LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the public site or a decision to rely on its general information.
8. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Updated terms may be posted as the site and program develop; continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their effective date.
