THE COMPLETE ASSESSOR JOURNEY

One controlled path—from professional interest to accountable assignment closeout.

Each stage has a different decision, record, and boundary. No single form, score, classification, or conversation skips the controls in between.

Application, database membership, reserve participation, assignment work, and direct company employment are separate decisions.

04

Professional review

Experience, role credibility, credentials, conflicts, communication, availability, documents, and screening readiness are reviewed. More information may be requested.

Understand database review
05

Decision and classification

An application may remain under review, be approved, be declined, or be withdrawn. Approved professionals are separately assigned Active, Inactive, or offered Paid Priority Reserve.

06

Maintain readiness

Availability and credentials remain current. Required general and assignment-specific preparation is completed only when appropriate and under written terms.

Review readiness standards
07

Private match review

A real client need is compared with experience, schedule, geography, safety, compensation, conflicts, and current status. A possible fit is not yet an offer.

08

Written assignment and fieldwork

The role, duration, wages, any separate commission, training, safety, travel, timekeeping, absence process, confidentiality, reporting, and coverage responsibilities are documented before work.

09

Closeout and evaluation

Time, approved expenses, access, documents, evidence, performance, client feedback, and future database status are reviewed and recorded.
