PRIVACY · SECURITY · SAFEGUARDS

A professional system should explain what it protects—and what it will never request.

The safeguards below apply to the public application, owner review, assessor matching, training, and authorized assignment preparation.

01

Data minimization

The public application asks only for information reasonably useful to identity, duplicate control, professional review, availability, and future contact. Optional fields may be left blank.

02

Restricted owner access

Applications, documents, private scores, notes, classifications, and assignment records are not a public directory. Administrative access requires signed-in owner authorization.

03

Sensitive-information boundary

Never submit or email a Social Security number, bank credentials, password, full consumer report, medical record, I-9 document, passport, driver-license image, or other full identity document through the public site.

04

Separate screening process

If a third-party consumer report may be appropriate, disclosure, authorization, notices, and dispute rights are handled through a separate lawful process—not a general application checkbox.

05

Observation boundaries

An Embedded Operations Assessment is authorized, process-focused consulting. It is not private investigation, unlawful surveillance, entrapment, or permission to record people or access systems outside the written scope.

06

Need-to-know control

The authorized owner and specifically identified client contacts know the assessment controls. Ordinary disclosure is limited when lawful and operationally appropriate, but safety and legal obligations always control.

07

Assignment safeguards

No work begins until role, wages, timekeeping, safety, training, payroll, workers’ compensation or other coverage responsibilities, reporting, travel, and contacts are confirmed.

08

Retention and correction

Records are kept only as needed for review, operations, legal obligations, disputes, and documented retention rules. Applicants may request correction of inaccurate information by email.

ANTI-FRAUD NOTICE

We will not call, text, or email you asking for prohibited identity or financial information.

Legitimate application and consultation inquiries are documented by email from the business. The support number may be used for calls or texts, but sensitive screening, payroll, or identity steps use a separately approved process.

If anyone claims to represent Optimize Enterprise and asks for your SSN, bank login, password, payment, gift card, identity-document image, or full background report by phone, text, or ordinary email, stop and treat the request as suspicious.
