PRIVACY NOTICE

Professional information deserves deliberate handling.

Effective August 21, 2026

ScopeInformation collectedHow information is usedSharingRetention and securityYour choices

1. Scope

This notice explains how Optimize Enterprise LLC handles information submitted through TheOptimizeMethod.com, including assessor applications for the Approved Assessor Database and separate career applications for possible direct work with Optimize Enterprise. It does not replace any separate notice or agreement provided for a specific engagement or assignment.

The customer-account, service catalog, and cart links on this site use the single shared customer experience hosted at OptimizeEnterprise.com. Customer account, cart, and request information is collected there under the Optimize Enterprise privacy notice; TheOptimizeMethod.com does not create a second customer account or duplicate cart.

2. Information we collect

We may collect legal and preferred name, former legal names when relevant, date of birth, and, when voluntarily provided, current address, contact and location information; employment, industry, role, skill, license, certification, availability, geographic, scheduling, compensation-expectation, and conflict information; detailed job history; education and training; professional links; resumes; credential documents; written professional-fit responses; typed and drawn electronic signature records when a drawn mark is supplied; background-screening readiness and limited details about a prior provider or completion date when offered; operational-email acknowledgement; optional marketing-email, future-SMS-interest, and postal-mail preferences and timestamps; the version and date of the terms acknowledged; and communications, status records, assignment records, or internal review records connected with a submission. A separate career-application record may include name, email, phone, mailing address, desired work, employment and work-setting preferences, earliest start, work history, experience, industries, skills, availability, portfolio link, work-authorization and sponsorship responses, resume and supporting documents, typed signature, and review and communication records.

Do not submit Social Security numbers, banking credentials, passwords, medical records, drug-test results, copies of government identity documents, or unrelated confidential information through the public form or ordinary email. If additional identity information is lawfully needed for a later background screening, it will be requested through a separate secure process after the required disclosure and authorization.

Optimize Enterprise will never call, text, or email asking an applicant to send a Social Security number, banking information, password, medical or drug-test record, full consumer report, or copy of a government identity document. A person making such a request is not following Optimize Enterprise procedure and the communication should be treated as a scam. If a lawful screening later requires sensitive identifiers, only the authorized screening provider may request them through its secure portal.

3. How information is used

Assessor information may be used to review database eligibility, verify experience or credentials, classify and search approved assessor records, evaluate availability and conflicts, identify a potential assignment match, communicate about the database or an opportunity, administer assignments, maintain safety and compliance records, and protect the integrity of the program. Date of birth, former names, and address information may also be used for identity matching and preparation for a lawful, assignment-relevant screening process. Career-application information may be used separately to document professional interest, review experience against current or future company needs, communicate about that review, verify relevant information, reduce duplicate submissions, and maintain a defensible record of decisions and communications.

Email addresses and voluntarily supplied phone numbers may be normalized and checked against existing records to reduce duplicate profiles. The private phone field does not authorize a call or text. Current application notices, review decisions, status changes, training messages, assignment inquiries, consultation, sales, and marketing communication are handled by email. Written professional-fit responses may receive private owner notes or recommendations. Those internal records are not an automated hiring decision and are considered with the rest of the assessor application.

The application asks only for future assignment or reserve-pay expectations. Applicants should not provide current or past salary history. Background-screening information is handled as described in the Background Screening Notice.

Operational application email is required so the review can be administered. Marketing email and future outreach interest are separate, optional choices and are not conditions of applying, approval, classification, or an assignment. Future outreach interest records only a request to receive a later email invitation if a compliant SMS or postal-mail program is created; it is not current consent to texts, automated messages, calls, or mail.

4. When information may be shared

Assessor-application, career-application, and contact information are not sold or rented as contact lists. They may be shared with service providers that support secure hosting, storage, or business administration; professional advisers; government authorities when legally required; and, when considering a specific match, an appropriate prospective client or verification source. We aim to limit disclosure to what is reasonably necessary for the purpose. Career-application information may also be shared with people involved in a legitimate hiring review or verification, but a career application is not added to the assessor database.

Application receipts and internal review notifications may be generated when a form is submitted. Sensitive screening data, signatures, and uploaded documents are not included in ordinary applicant email and remain restricted to authorized review workflows.

When supplied, a drawn application signature is stored as a private document and is available only through the protected owner workflow. It records acknowledgement of the application and participation terms; it is not published in the professional directory or presented to the public.

Optimize Enterprise publishes (518) 708-7675 as its business support number. Applicant phone numbers remain restricted profile data and are not displayed on either public website.

5. Retention and security

Records may be retained while an assessor profile or career application remains under review, eligible for matching, needed for assignment administration, or reasonably necessary for legal, safety, compliance, and dispute purposes. Technical and administrative safeguards are used, but no online system can promise absolute security.

Access is restricted to authorized people and service providers with a legitimate operational, legal, security, or compliance need. Screening-provider identity data and complete consumer reports should remain with the approved screening provider; the owner workflow records only a case reference, workflow status, and review date. Information that is no longer reasonably needed should be securely deleted or disposed of according to the applicable retention process.

6. Access, correction, and withdrawal

You may ask to correct an assessor record or career-application record, update your availability, withdraw an application, or request removal from routine matching or future career consideration. Requests concerning internal evaluation records will be handled according to applicable law and the nature of the record; this notice does not promise automatic access to every owner work product or legally protected record. Some records may still be retained when reasonably necessary for legal, compliance, safety, or completed-assignment purposes.

You may also withdraw optional marketing-email or postal-mail preferences at any time. If a compliant SMS program is created later, fresh program-specific consent will be requested before enrollment. Withdrawing an optional marketing preference does not stop necessary operational messages about a pending record, legal obligation, or accepted assignment.

To make a privacy or preference request, email legal@optimizeenterprise.com once that mailbox is active, or use the contact channel at OptimizeEnterprise.com, and identify whether the request concerns the Approved Assessor Database or a career application.

7. Updates

This notice may be updated as the database, technology, or legal requirements develop. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
