THE APPROVED ASSESSOR DATABASE

The right experience,
kept ready for the right operation.

A private, owner-controlled professional network used to review qualifications, maintain readiness, and match credible field experience to potential Embedded Operations Assessments and related optimization work.

01 / WHAT IT IS—AND IS NOT

A maintained decision system, not a public directory.

Profiles, supporting documents, private scores, owner notes, classifications, communications, and assignment records are not publicly searchable. Only the authorized owner can review and control the operational database.

Not automatic

Submitting a form does not place a person in the approved database.

Not employment

Ordinary Active or Inactive membership does not create wages, benefits, exclusivity, hours, or a job.

Not a guarantee

Approval, classification, and even a strong match do not guarantee an assignment offer.

Not one-size-fits-all

Every assignment is reviewed against the actual work, client, risks, terms, and current availability.

02 / EXPERIENCE FROM THE REAL ECONOMY

There is meaningful expertise in every lawful industry.

Construction, paving, manufacturing, warehousing, food service, hospitality, skilled trades, transportation, retail, customer relations, administration, technology, healthcare, professional services, and countless other fields keep the world operating. The database is built to understand that range—not to value only polished titles or one kind of career path.

Every honest professional background is welcome for consideration. Approval is still controlled: the record must be complete and truthful, and any future assignment must match the person’s actual capability, current credentials, safety limits, availability, conflicts, and training readiness.

03 / WHAT AN APPROVED ASSESSOR RECORD CONTAINS

Enough context to make a responsible match.

A title alone is not enough. The system preserves the facts that explain where a professional is credible, available, and most useful.

01

Industry & role

The environments and jobs a professional has actually performed—not merely observed from outside.

02

Credentials

Degrees, licenses, certifications, training, issuing authorities, renewal dates, and supporting proof when required.

03

Professional readiness

How the applicant communicates, handles unclear instructions, protects confidentiality, accepts training, and stays within a defined role.

04

Availability

Notice needs, work schedule, travel radius, remote or in-person fit, earliest start, and current outside obligations.

05

Assignment fit

Client industry, host role, scope, safety, physical requirements, schedule, location, compensation, and conflicts.

06

Professional record

Work history, references when requested, communication quality, profile accuracy, responsiveness, and prior assignment performance.

04 / THE REVIEW LIFECYCLE

One application. Six controlled steps.

Application stage and member status remain separate so “approved,” “available,” and “paid to reserve availability” never mean the same thing by accident.

  1. 01

    Application received

A submission is stored as a pending application and receives a private reference. A privacy-limited owner notice is recorded and, once outbound email is configured, sent to careers@optimizeenterprise.com. It is not added to the approved database automatically.

  2. 02

    Duplicate and completeness review

Email and phone are normalized to reduce duplicate profiles. Incomplete, conflicting, or repeated submissions can be held for clarification.

  3. 03

    Professional review

Optimize Enterprise reviews relevant experience, credentials, availability, conflicts, documents, short professional-fit responses, and screening readiness. A third-party background report is ordered only after a separate disclosure and written authorization.

  4. 04

    Decision and classification

The application may be approved, declined, withdrawn, or kept under review. Approved professionals are separately classified Active, Inactive, or Paid Priority Reserve.

  5. 05

    Maintenance

Availability, credentials, classifications, documents, communications, offers, assignments, and review dates remain owner-controlled records.

  6. 06

    Assignment consideration

No automated promise is made. A person is considered only when current qualifications, availability, training readiness, safety controls, and a real client need align.

How you will hear from us

A successful submission receives a private reference number. Optimize Enterprise may then use the supplied email to request clarification and will contact the applicant when a review decision or material status change is recorded. Review time varies; no fixed period of silence should be treated as approval or denial.

05 / MATCHING BEFORE CONTACT

A strong professional can still be the wrong match.

Matching considers the whole assignment: industry, role, credentials, objectives, schedule, notice, duration, location, travel, compensation, safety, confidentiality, conflicts, and the credibility required to perform the work naturally.

When a genuinely matching opportunity is identified, the person receives the available facts needed to evaluate it. Optimize Enterprise ordinarily plans for at least five business days between a written offer and proposed start. Accepting an extension is separate from accepting the original assignment.

06 / ASSIGNMENT CONSIDERATION

Approval creates a profile. These controls create a responsible assignment.

Selection is never based on one score or credential. Each real engagement is reviewed as a separate professional, payroll, safety, insurance, confidentiality, and operational decision.

01

Client need

A real assignment must exist with a defined industry, host role, objective, duration, schedule, and location.

02

Credible fit

Direct experience, credentials, communication, physical and technical requirements, and normal-role credibility are compared with the actual work.

03

Availability

Current schedule, notice, travel, outside obligations, conflicts, and willingness to accept the specific terms must align.

04

Training

Every selected assessor must complete any general and assignment-specific training required before starting, including confidentiality, boundaries, safety, documentation, and escalation.

05

Safety and coverage

The assignment does not start until applicable payroll, wage, timekeeping, workers’ compensation, disability, leave, workplace safety, and insurance responsibilities are documented and verified.

06

Written acceptance

The client, assessor, and Optimize Enterprise must use the assignment-specific documents required for that engagement. Database approval alone is never permission to report to a worksite.

07 / ASSIGNMENT BOUNDARIES

Database membership ends where assignment terms begin.

Before

Private consideration

Prospective client identity, scope, role, pricing, and matching communications are confidential. No applicant may contact a client without authorization.

At acceptance

Separate written terms

Work, compensation, timekeeping, safety, benefits, reporting, confidentiality, travel, tools, training, and the legally appropriate payroll and insurance structure are documented for that assignment.

During

Legitimate work and evidence

An embedded assessor performs the authorized role, documents evidence, respects boundaries, and raises safety or legal concerns through the proper channel.

After

Evaluate and update

Completion, outcomes, performance, credentials, availability, future fit, communications, and any status changes are maintained in the private record.

08 / PAYROLL, INSURANCE & THE 10% COMMISSION

Three different forms of compensation must never be blended together.

01

Client payroll wages

For an accepted Embedded Operations Assessment, the client is intended to place the assessor on its payroll for the legitimate host role and all compensable hours. The final legal structure depends on the facts and law. The written assignment must address pay rate, overtime, timekeeping, onboarding, workplace-specific training, safety, workers’ compensation, disability and leave coverage, and any benefits that apply.

02

10% EOA performance commission

A person expressly designated in writing as a Full Embedded Operations Assessment Assessor may earn 10% of the Commissionable EOA Assessment Fee allocated to that assessor and actually received and retained by Optimize Enterprise. This is separate from client wages and is paid proportionally as qualifying client payments are received.

The base excludes client payroll and benefits, taxes, implementation services, travel or lodging reimbursement, materials, equipment, third-party specialists, refunds, chargebacks, credits, financing charges, collection costs, and other pass-through amounts. If multiple assessors participate, their written allocation is established before work; each person does not automatically receive a separate 10% of the same fee.

03

Paid Priority Reserve

Reserve compensation pays only for a separately defined readiness commitment. It does not silently replace wages, training pay, assignment commission, travel, preparation, or other compensable work. Amount, frequency, availability, response time, term, payroll or tax treatment, and termination rules belong in the individual reserve agreement.

Earned wages are never a confidentiality penalty.

Client payroll wages that have been earned remain payable. Before a separate 10% commission is earned, a substantiated material breach may affect only that still-unearned commission after documented review, notice, and an opportunity to respond. Protected reports to government, counsel, safety authorities, law enforcement, or other legally protected channels are never treated as a breach.

PROFESSIONAL APPLICATION

Your experience should be understood before it is assigned.

The application asks for more than a resume because the database must understand how you think, what you have actually done, where you are available, and which work you are qualified to assess.
