APPROVED ASSESSOR DATABASE · STATUS SYSTEM

Classification should describe a real availability commitment.

Active, Inactive, and Paid Priority Reserve are not rankings of a person’s worth. They tell Optimize Enterprise how—and under what terms—a qualified professional may be considered right now.

Application approval comes first. Status is assigned or changed only after review and remains under owner control.

SIDE-BY-SIDE COMPARISON

Compare the three classifications without guessing.

Classification follows approval. It describes current consideration and availability—not personal value, seniority, or guaranteed work.

01

Available for matching

Active

An approved assessor who is currently open to routine matching and can ordinarily consider a genuinely matching opportunity with at least five business days of written notice. Active does not mean unemployed or constantly on call; it means the person has reported enough real availability for Optimize Enterprise to contact them as part of the normal matching process.

CONSIDERATION

First consideration when qualifications and client fit align

COMPENSATION

Unpaid database membership; assignment compensation is separate

BEST FIT

Professionals who may have other employment or business activity but can keep their availability current, respond reliably, and honor an accepted assignment.

OPERATING RULES

  1. 01

Confirm availability at least every 90 days and promptly report material schedule, travel, credential, employment, or conflict changes.

  2. 02

Respond to a matching assignment inquiry by the stated deadline—even when the answer is no.

  3. 03

Three declined genuinely matching offers within a rolling 90-day period may result in Inactive status after review.

  4. 04

A credential lapse, repeated nonresponse, safety concern, material omission, or confidentiality concern may pause eligibility while reviewed.

HOW STATUS CAN CHANGE

A member may request Inactive status at any time. Optimize Enterprise may also move a profile to Inactive after an availability review, while preserving the person’s approved record for later reactivation.

02

Approved, not routinely available

Inactive

An approved assessor whose record remains eligible but who is not currently open to routine matching. This is the appropriate status when full-time work, leave, personal commitments, limited scheduling, a temporary conflict, or credential renewal makes regular assignment consideration unrealistic.

CONSIDERATION

Specialty consideration when the person’s expertise is unusually relevant

COMPENSATION

Unpaid database membership; no compensation merely for remaining listed

BEST FIT

Professionals working full-time, on leave, managing a temporary conflict, awaiting credential renewal, or simply not open to routine assignments right now.

OPERATING RULES

  1. 01

Inactive assessors are not expected to maintain routine assignment availability or respond as though they are ready for normal matching.

  2. 02

They may still be contacted when a license, certification, industry background, location, or rare skill makes them a particularly strong fit.

  3. 03

Declining an Inactive specialty inquiry does not count toward the Active three-decline review rule.

  4. 04

Profile and credential information must remain truthful; expired credentials are never presented as current.

HOW STATUS CAN CHANGE

A member can request reactivation when availability changes. Reactivation is reviewed rather than automatic so credentials, conflicts, notice needs, and current fit can be confirmed first.

PAID PRIORITY RESERVE · COMPENSATION LOGIC

Reserve compensation is individualized because scarce expertise is not interchangeable.

The written amount is determined case by case. A licensed professional, technical specialist, experienced operator, or unusually difficult geographic match may each require a different arrangement.

01

Profession, role, and scarcity of the expertise

02

Education, licensing, certifications, and renewal costs

03

Depth and recency of relevant operating experience

04

Geography, travel, schedule, and minimum reserved availability

05

Required response time and earliest assignment start

06

Agreement term, restrictions, administration, insurance, payroll, and tax treatment

Paid Priority Reserve is not an applicant-selected entitlement. It begins only after Optimize Enterprise offers it and both sides sign the separate written agreement. Required work outside the defined availability commitment is not hidden inside reserve pay.

INTERNAL ELIGIBILITY CONTROLS

Two owner-only controls protect the database.

These are not ordinary participation choices. They prevent an unresolved risk from being mistaken for normal availability.

OWNER-CONTROLLED

Suspended

A temporary internal hold while a credential, safety, confidentiality, accuracy, responsiveness, or other eligibility concern is reviewed.

OWNER-CONTROLLED

Removed

No longer eligible for consideration. Required records may still be retained under the applicable record-retention and legal policy.

CHOOSE INTEREST—NOT YOUR FINAL STATUS

Tell us your current availability. Optimize Enterprise handles the classification review.

The application lets you state a preference and interest in Paid Priority Reserve, but no checkbox approves a classification.
